I am a Trial attorney, experienced in every aspect of the trial process beginning with the preliminary hearing. I have handled cases involving: Homicide, aggravated assault (with weapons), robbery, burglary, firearms charges, assaults, thefts, forgery, drug delivery and simple possession, arson and sex offenses. I have my death penalty certification under Rule 801 which requires continuing education as well as trial experience in major felony prosecutions. These qualifications certify me as an experienced attorney who may defend persons charged with homicide where the Commonwealth is seeking the death penalty - the most serious of all criminal cases. I have also done appeals with the Superior Court

Pretrial motions regarding suppression of evidence are regularly filed where appropriate. If needed,I also will seek other forms of pretrial relief such as motions to dismiss or motions dealing with exclusion of evidence prior to trial.
